Salary: 19,000 - 23,000 EGP/month
Reports to: CEO & Brand Manager
Works closely with: CEO, Brand Manager, Digital Designer, Social Media Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Online Sales Excutive to lead our digital marketing and sales efforts, with a primary focus on driving revenue through our online store. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on skills in digital marketing, e-commerce, and customer acquisition. The ideal candidate is internet-savvy, sales-driven, and capable of working collaboratively within a creative and performance-oriented team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow online sales through our e-commerce platform
Plan and execute digital marketing strategies across all platforms to increase traffic, conversion, and retention
Oversee the performance of online advertising campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.)
Collaborate with the Digital Designer and Social Media Specialist to ensure brand consistency and effective campaigns
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform business decisions
Monitor analytics and sales performance metrics, producing regular reports for the CEO and Brand Manager
Identify growth opportunities and implement innovative sales and marketing initiatives
Coordinate with customer support to ensure a seamless customer journey
Lead influencer outreach and partnerships by attracting and managing influencers through our affiliate program
Manage and grow the affiliate marketing network, ensuring clear communication, proper tracking, and performance-based incentives
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Proven experience in digital marketing and online sales, preferably in e-commerce
Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital advertising, and SEO/SEM
Excellent knowledge of internet tools, e-commerce platforms, and digital analytics
Experience in influencer marketing or affiliate program management is a plus
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven
